Dear Friends,

I have the greatest sense of anticipation in my heart that I have ever experienced. I am recognizing my (and our) intense need for God and His grace and simultaneously experiencing His power, presence, and availability in this hour. Good News...we are safe in His hands no matter how “uncertain” circumstances around us seem.

About a decade ago I experienced a “chance” meeting with a little six year old Gypsy girl on the streets of Chisinau, Moldova. She was dirty, in need of medical care, and begging for a living (which likely went into someone else’s pocket). Although there was little I could do in that moment to help her, that encounter paved the way for us to begin ministering to needy children around the world. Today (because of your generosity) we are caring for kids in four countries and exploring the possibility of another country.

I think of kids like Yuri in Tiraspol who at ten years old was alone on the streets, sleeping in abandoned buildings, and eating garbage. Today Yuri is a happy, healthy young man at the Father’s House in Slabazea, Transnistria. Pastor Yuri (same name, no relation) and his team there have done a great job raising this boy to the glory of God! We now have thirty five children in the Father’s House.

In a few weeks I’m back in Nicaragua with our New Life Preschool and continuing development of our orphanage in that needy land. A few weeks later Pastor Brad Fancher (Hopkinsville, KY) and I will travel to Ethiopia to explore the possibility of teaming with church planters to raise up orphanages alongside each new church (huge possibility). Then in early July I will be with an awesome team of teens to minister in the slums of Freeport, Bahamas.

Needless to say, the next ten weeks will be a wild ride with MUCH FRUIT. Please hold us up in prayer during this time as we reach out around the world. Your Missions gift to Priority!
